Borehole Water Supply

It is said, "water is life!" We completely agree with this sentiment. In pursuit of this goal, we have a standard borehole that currently supplies clean and potable water on the school premises.

Ultramodern Library

Deo Grastia has set up a well-equipped ultramodern library that provides pupils with the necessary exposure and tools for learning. The library is staffed by two experienced members who can educate pupils on how to navigate its resources.

Special Feature: The Parliament

This is a special class that takes place once every week, in which grade pupils are exposed to politics and political current affairs in the country and also elsewhere.

Standard Convenience

The school has four standard convenience rooms that are kept sparkling clean and hygienic, enough to give your child that home-like atmosphere. We have three dedicated staff members who take care of the toilets as well as the children when they need to use the convenience rooms.

The Craddle Room

We provide a very conducive cot room with standard cots to give your child the needed sleep and rest they deserve when nature comes calling. The room is adequately ventilated and kept clean, and the sheets are in good condition at all times for your convenience.

Standard Classrooms

The school boasts twelve spacious and well-furnished classrooms that conveniently accommodate 30 pupils per class. These classrooms are well-ventilated by a system of adequate cross ventilation and well-lighted by sunlight, enabling our staff and pupils to concentrate on their studies. This arrangement enhances adequate monitoring of pupils, and each pupil is given the maximum attention and care they deserve to exceed the expectations of their parents.

Standard Sickbay

The next time you are at Deo Grastia, we invite you to take a look at our standard first-aid room. Here, we treat minor injuries and in the case of emergencies while giving first aid, we contact the concerned parents immediately. At the same time, cooperating with the parents, we make swift arrangements for adequate medical attention in the case of major occurrences.

The Playground

At Deo Grastia, we understand the importance of a balanced life, acknowledging the saying "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." Therefore, we have made adequate provisions for play, exercise, and sports in our curriculum. Recognizing that some children may pursue a future in sports, we follow a curriculum that exposes pupils to both academics and sports, ensuring your child has the edge they need to blossom in whichever field their talent lies.

Established in 2013, Deo Grastia Schools have undergone a remarkable evolution over the past decade, transforming from a humble beginning to a city pride institution for elementary education in Nigeria. Today, Deo Grastia Schools stand tall among their equals and are arguably one of the ten finest elementary schools you can find in the city of Makurdi, Nigeria.

In just ten years, our school has become a near world-class institution thanks to several outstanding factors. These include a committed and experienced staff, ultramodern teaching-learning facilities, state-of-the-art learning tools (including well-equipped classrooms and an up-to-date library), and standard cradle room and convenience facilities with borehole water.
